Admission & Booking
Admission will be confirmed only after payment of the security deposit and first month’s rent. All residents must provide valid ID proof at the time of check-in. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of admission. The deposit will be returned at the time of vacating, subject to no damages and clearance of all dues. Rent Payment
Monthly rent must be paid in advance before the due date. Delay in payment may attract a late fee. Notice Period
A minimum of 30 days’ prior notice must be given before vacating the PG. Failure to do so may result in deduction from the security deposit. House Rules
Residents are expected to maintain discipline, cleanliness, and respect for others. Any kind of illegal or inappropriate activity is strictly prohibited. Visitors Policy
Visitors are allowed only during permitted hours and must follow PG rules. Overnight stays of visitors are not allowed. Maintenance & Damages
Any damage to PG property will be charged to the resident. Residents are responsible for maintaining their room and belongings. Facilities Usage
All amenities such as Wi-Fi, washing machine, kitchen, etc., should be used responsibly. Misuse may lead to restriction of facilities. Electricity & Utilities
Electricity charges are included (if applicable as per plan). Excessive usage of high-power appliances may not be allowed. Safety & Security
Residents must follow all safety guidelines. The management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Termination of Stay
Management reserves the right to terminate stay in case of violation of rules or misconduct. Changes to Terms
Management may update terms and conditions at any time. Residents will be informed accordingly.
